Nurse Practitioner Jessica Gray
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
With over 10 years of nursing experience in psychiatry, Ms. Gray has provided care across a variety of settings, including acute inpatient treatment, acute and residential programs for children and adolescents, substance use disorder treatment, and forensic settings. She treats a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, and works with children beginning at age 6, adolescents, and adults.
Ms. Gray understands that talking about mental health can sometimes feel difficult or overwhelming. Ms. Gray believes mental health care should be approachable, compassionate, and focused on the whole person—not simply a diagnosis. She works collaboratively with patients and families to understand their experiences, identify what matters most to them, and establish meaningful treatment goals.
Together with each patient, Ms. Gray explores treatment options that are appropriate for their individual needs, preferences, and circumstances. The goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and comfortable taking an active role in their care.
Outside of work, Ms. Gray enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family, and enjoying time with her fur babies.
